By accessing or using FastFlat's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

FastFlat provides automated apartment search alerts via Telegram bot for apartments listed on ImmoScout24 and WG-Gesucht in Germany.

3. Subscription and Payments

Trial Period: €5 for 7 days
Monthly Plan: €19.99/month
Quarterly Plan: €49.99/3 months

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly through the Telegram bot. No questions asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up search filters
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Comply with all applicable laws when applying for apartments

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed apartment listings due to technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

FastFlat is a notification service only. We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of apartment listings from third-party websites
• Availability of advertised apartments
• Outcomes of your apartment applications

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify users of significant changes via Telegram or email.
